Returns

We accept refunds if you change your mind or want to exchange for a different size/style. Refunds are available on items that have been bought in standard sizes, without any customisations. Please email info@lomfashion.co.uk to notify us of the refund, and your item must be sent back within 7 days. Please make sure you put a note in your parcel stating your name, order number and reason for return. Buyer pays postage and is responsible for the item until it is returned.

I send all UK orders 1st class recorded, which covers you for up to £40. Special Delivery is Next day (processing time of 2-5 days) and fully Insured. International orders are sent regular airmail or tracked shipping depending on what the customer selects at the checkout. It is recommended that you choose tracked shipping, as standard airmail is not covered if it is lost or damaged.

L.O.M does not cover the cost of any additional postage, or refund any shipping charges if products are not right, or if you have purchased the wrong size. This also includes any customs or tax charges. If you are returning an item from outside the EU you need to state that it is a return or it may be charged customs on arrival, which L.O.M will not be responsible for.
