Cala

The Cala gown brings one of L.O.M’s original textile designs to life in a romantic, flowing silhouette.

Created using the Cala Elysium print, the design features vivid caladium leaves in shades of pink and green, giving the dress the feeling of lush botanical movement.

The sweetheart bodice is crafted in velvet and intricately decorated with beadwork and sequins that echo the motifs within the print itself, creating a subtle dialogue between fabric and embellishment. Soft draped georgette sleeves fall gently from the shoulders, adding a sense of relaxed romance to the structured bodice.

The skirt is formed from layers of soft georgette over pink satin, allowing the colours beneath to glow through the movement of the fabric. A small train at the back adds drama while maintaining an effortless, wearable silhouette.

The back of the gown fastens with a lace-up closure in pink satin, and an optional pink sash waistband can be added to further define the waist.

Handmade in the L.O.M studio, the Cala gown is a celebration of colour, texture and craftsmanship.

This design was worn by Melanie Murphy at the premiere of the Wuthering Heights film premier.
