Shipping is calculated at the checkout and you can choose which shipping option you would prefer. 

Free UK shipping is sent second class recorded, or you can choose to pay for 1st class recorded which will get your items to you quicker. Special Delivery is Next Day (making/processing time of 1-3 days) and fully Insured. International orders are sent regular airmail or tracked shipping depending on what the customer selects at the checkout. It is recommended that you choose tracked shipping, as standard airmail is not insured if it is lost or damaged.

We understand that sometimes you need your pieces in a hurry! Express shipping is available at the checkout, and we usually use UPS or FeEx, however, some more remote regions in certain countries (eg Australia) may be charged more by these companies - but you will be notified after your order if this is the case, and we will ask you if you would like to upgrade your shipping or have it sent to a different address.


If you live in the area or are visiting Brighton we also offer local pick up from our Studio - you can select this option at the checkout. We will notify you once the piece has been made and is ready for collection.  The address to collect from is Yacht Werks, 28-29 Richmond Place, Brighton, BN2 9NA. Our collection times are between 11-5 Tuesday - Thursday. 

Orders outside of the UK

If you are ordering from outside of the UK you may be charged customs and import fees when your parcel arrives - this is a fee applied by your country on the value of your order.
Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. L.O.M cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.


We accept refunds if you change your mind or want to exchange for a different size/style. Refunds are available on items that have been bought without any customisations. Please email to notify us of the refund, and your item must be sent back within 14 days. Please make sure you put a note in your parcel stating your name, order number and reason for return. Buyer pays postage and is responsible for the item until it is returned.

(We understand postage times vary from country to country, so just make sure your item is sent within 14 days, the arrival does not need to be within this time if you are returning from abroad.)

RETURN ITEMS UNWORN. We are not a high street store, we make almost everything to order, for you. If you return a piece to us that shows any signs or scents of being worn, for example has deodorant marks or perfume on, we cannot sell this to another customer and we will not be able to refund your item. All pieces are thoroughly checked before being sent out to you. Please be careful when trying things on.

We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

L.O.M does not cover the cost of any additional postage, or refund any shipping charges if products are not right, or if you have purchased the wrong size. This also includes any customs or tax charges.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETURNS FROM ABROAD - If you are returning an item from outside the EU you need to state that it is a return or it may be charged customs on arrival, which L.O.M will not be able to pay. The item will be returned to you by the shipping company and you may have to pay to send it again.
