Thank you to all of our amazing customers who continue to shop with us and are understanding about delays and longer delivery times, we love you! Here you can find some information about how we are handling and maintaining your orders during this time:
We are actually keeping quite close to our normal making time of 1-5 days for lycra pieces and 2-3 weeks for couture pieces (including denim pieces, special dresses, more intricate garments) Garments we have already in stock will be shipped within 1-2 days. If we get a backlog then there might be more of a delay to your order.
We are currently shipping orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The face masks are being made at home by members of our team who need to work from home, and they are being delivered to our studio once a week. Whilst we are trying to ship these out as soon as the orders come in, they have been incredibly popular so this isn't always the case, and you might have to wait a few days until the next batch arrives with us.
There are inconsistent delays with Royal Mail at the moment, some orders are arriving the next day, whilst some are taking a couple of weeks depending on how many sicknesses and absences there are in your local area for the people working for the postal service.
We have had very few parcels actually go missing and most have turned up, just quite delayed. Royal Mail are not guaranteeing their shipping times at the moment, so we ask that you wait 14 working days from your shipping date before we can put in a claim. (30 days for International orders)
If you need your pieces urgently you should select Special Delivery or Express Shipping because postal services globally are prioritising these packages.
Please bear in mind that shipping times and delays are out of our control, and we don't see any more tracking information than what you see when you track your parcel.
We are keeping our studio a clean and disinfected space. Any machines or areas that are shared are sprayed and wiped down with disinfectant before and after using, and each team member has their own tools to use.
Our machines have been moved so that nobody has to work within two meters of anyone else. Shifts are now staggered so that we have a limited amount of people in the room at one time and our amazing team are now working evenings and weekends to make sure your orders are done as soon as possible.
We do not share our building with many others and our shared spaces are regularly cleaned and door handles disinfected, there is also hand sanitiser in the doorways and a sink just outside our own studio for ease of regular hand washing.
We have a courier who drops our orders at the post office with Drop and Go so our team do not need to spend time around lots of people.
